- Drive sales through new product design, merchandising, advertising and alternative media
- Develop product concepts and marketing for Staples proprietary prepaid products for multi-channel distribution
- Expand core category with complementary product development and distribution
- Implement new revenue opportunities through promotional products
Manage internal cross-channel prepaid product marketing and distribution through SBD, NRC, and Contract.
- Develop sales strategies and distribution processes for card release
- Determine Contract sales commissions
- Implement card ordering tool through StaplesLink
- Strategize card placement through NRC opportunities
- Work with SBD on determining how to accept gift cards online
Develop a Prepaid Products Center of Excellence supported by a strong, highly motivated team.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
- Stay abreast of industry trends and practices
- Identify cost savings strategies through card production vendor negotiations, inventory management and product fixtures
- Identify incremental marketing and sales training opportunities
- Present Gift Card performance, strategies, and market trends to executive management
