Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Establish and maintain an environment to support Sales and Service.
General Purpose:
Customer Service, Results, Operations, People Development
Role Qualifications:
Teach and reinforce behaviors that result in managers and associates delivering Easy Sales and Service
Develop associates to achieve results
Coordinate and manage all store operations
Position Responsibilities:
Supervise, recruit, train, develop, coach and communicate with all associates and managers as well as assess performance
Effectively coordinate & manage sales activities
Stay current on new technologies and ensure associate understanding
Ensure a positive customer experience
Achieve store level earnings and sales goals
Ensure company presentation standards are met
Supervise store security and safety
Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience:

Preferred Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
Two to four years progressive retail experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity
