Position Summary: Establish and maintain an environment to support Sales and Service.

General Purpose: Customer Service, Results, Operations, People Development

Role Qualifications:
  • Teach and reinforce behaviors that result in managers and associates delivering Easy Sales and Service
  • Develop associates to achieve results
  • Coordinate and manage all store operations


Position Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, recruit, train, develop, coach and communicate with all associates and managers as well as assess performance
  • Effectively coordinate & manage sales activities
  • Stay current on new technologies and ensure associate understanding
  • Ensure a positive customer experience
  • Achieve store level earnings and sales goals
  • Ensure company presentation standards are met
  • Supervise store security and safety
  • Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Two to four years progressive retail experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity
