		Responsibilities
	Supports Marketing manager with database research. Coordinates and executes marketing and advertising strategies. Develops and maintains reports, reviews data and provides recommendations to manager. Analyzes customer demographics and identifies trends. Participates in creation and production development of campaigns, programs and projects. Works with vendors, merchants and operations to select/obtain offers and coordinates associated logistics.
		Qualifications
	Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Business, Statistics or Mathematics. MBA a plus. Minimum of three years in database marketing, management or quantitative and statistical analysis or four years in a related field. Experience with developing and coordinating marketing and advertising in a retail environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word. Knowledge of Microstrategy, Access and Essbase a plus. Knowledge of basic advertising elements, concepts and practices. Strong quantitative analytical skills. Strong project management skills. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation and writing skills.
