		Responsibilities
	The Sr Marketing Analyst is responsible for the functional management of a portion of a project and has input into the strategic plans. Project examples include areas within market research, direct mail, loyalty, marketing planning, marketing analysis, brand marketing, marketing operations, and target marketing like product marketing, multicultural marketing, retail marketing, etc.
		Qualifications
	Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. Minimum of five years experience related marketing field. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent computer skills Strong communication, writing and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office Strong project management skills. Thorough knowledge of marketing and statistics.
		Other Information
	Build / Rebuild predictive models / segmentations supporting direct marketing Determine Variables Pull Data Prepare Data Build / Assess Model Back Test Track effectiveness of marketing models / campaigns Refresh models according to model decay Track incremental sales and marketing ROI per source of selection Interpret data / models and provide insight to management Assess relationships which drive sales Suggest promotions based on past customer behavior Support data needs of direct mail team for ad-hoc reporting Write SQL queries to pull and export data to Access / Excel Support third party direct marketing partner™s data needs Write SQL queries to pull data and export to text for FTP 3-5 years experience in data related field (Modeling, BI, etc) Bachelor™s degree in quantitative / technical field (Stats, Math, CIS, etc) Preferred Strong knowledge of SQL Experience with SAS programming Experience with Microsoft Excel / Access Data Mining experience (S.E.M.M.A.) Data Preparation Consolidation Imputation Transformation Interaction Variable Reduction Linear / Logistic Multivariate Regression Modeling Decision Tree Modeling Experience manipulating data and modeling through SAS EG + EM
